Boosting rank

Is boosting rank any type of bannable offense?  I play solo drop in 3s and already multiple times have been matched with a 3some that has a dude at the max rank and a guy that must keep rerolling his skater some how as he never has a rank.  

Also it would be cool if there was some option to only match other solo drop in players as a filter lol.

    @TTZ_Dipsy Haha I feel like it wouldn't for these guys, always play together one dude who never has a rank (I assume to lower who they play against) literally had a gamertag with the name boosting in it lol.
