Can’t load into EASHL game

I can’t load into an EASHL. We load into the pre game lobby with the other team and it just loads until a get a message that says error or not enough players in the lobby. I can play a drop in no pro...

I have this problem every day in drop-in games: Others join the matchmaking dressing room, but the search engine doesn't look for matches. If I'm the room leader, when I try to cancel the search, everyone is stuck and we have to restart the whole game.  Anyone else have this issue?

If any of you are on Xbox, try this -

Clear persistent storage -

  • Press the Guide button on your controller
  • Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage
  • Hit Clear Persistent Storage

Also, Clear your alternate MAC address with these steps -

  • Go to your Xbox Settings
  • Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
  • Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Power cycle your console by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds. Then, unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds. Plug back in and start up your console.

    I can confirm this does work. Tried it tonight and was able to get in
