Can’t load into EASHL game

I can’t load into an EASHL. We load into the pre game lobby with the other team and it just loads until a get a message that says error or not enough players in the lobby. I can play a drop in no problem, but even the other players on my team have no problem getting into a game without me. Any suggestions?

    @EA_Aljo My team tried your suggested solution and since then we have been able to play 5 games while this issue has occurred only once.

    I'm glad to hear there's an improvement. If it happens again, can you get some video? This is still being investigated so video would help with that.

    I can confirm this does work. Tried it tonight and was able to get in
