I have tried changing the team name to stuff that has definitely not been taken and it still will not work no matter what
The only resolution I'm aware of is to choose a different name. I understand you've tried that already, but try that again. Also, if you're on Xbox and using a custom gamerpic, switch to a default one. I know that sounds odd, but we've seen it cause issues like this in the past.

I am getting the error right after trying to create the team. Like right after typing in the team name and abbreviation

Not sure what changed but I tried a couple more times just changing name and it eventually worked. Thanks!
