Cannot access online features

Hi Everyone, i am having a problem suddenly a message appears of cannot accessing online features and i need to sign to PSN and EA servers, despite my internet is working normally and connected to PSN

and i tried everything from MTU manual change as well restarting console and Router.

Any advice how to sort this problem? Thanks

    Have you checked with Sony to see if your account has any restrictions for online play?

  • I have the same issue. I cannot load into any online feature and I have called Xbox and contacted EA sports and still don’t know what the issue is. It seems it’s some sort of bug. EA can you please help this is stressful that I paid a decent amount for the game to not even work to the fullest

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
