Cannot Pre-Order NHL 23 With Discount

My NHL 22 does not have an active profile when on the main menu. Only after I launch HUT does it recognize me. This creates an issue when attempting the pre-order the X-Factor addition for NHL 23 at the $79.99 offer price. Please help!

    So far, this is the only report I'm seeing of this. I'm not saying you're the only one, but the vast majority of people are ordering without issue. Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    If that doesn't help, in your Xbox settings, try going to Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage. Clear the persistent storage. I know it sounds weird, but possibly something is cached somewhere getting in the way.

    You can also try deleting your gamertag off your console and downloading it again.

    Hopefully, one of these options help.

    @Legendkillr7 i am having this issue as well. for a brief period it showed an x factor version for me actually in the xbox store for 79.99. it caught me off guard, but didnt surprise me because they always are a step ahead of madden who does the same thing in game. i researched online to confirm i wasnt crazy or mistaken and my friend also on xbox saw it briefly in the store for 79.99 . that edition is no longer showing up and the tile in nhl 22 for lotalty x factor nhl 23 edition only shows the tile for me in HuT as well, but its not clickable. so you are not the only one having this issue and if they tell u otherwise its because they just so not know.
  • I'm having the same issue. I purchased from in nhl22. My order history shows the game but when I click on view game in order history it comes up blank. When I go to the game in the store itself it shows option to buy again.

    If I'm understanding you right, you were able to make the purchase, but it's not showing up. If that's the case, contact support with Sony or Microsoft (whomever you purchased it from) and see if they can help with this. Thanks!
