Cannot Purchase Cards from "Buy it now" section on NHL 24 Auction House

I currently cannot purchase any cards on the auction house through "buy it now". Every time I attempt to buy one I get an error code and get kicked out of HUT. I have talked with 3 EA support members...

This is the negative escrow issue. The advisor needs to remove the negative balance from your escrow account. Please open another case here and ask them to do this. Thank you.
