Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time

Everytime I boot up World of Chel I get an error message saying “Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time”. I’ve activated the latest roster, I’ve deleted, and re-download the game, I have ...

    @EA_Aljo Thanks yeah i got in, but a lot of my gear is locked now including all my max level gear I just unlocked last week. Do you know what’s going on there?

I’ve been having the same issue for almost a week now.
would appreciate some help. It started when I beat pro am and followed the pack received from opening the pro am bag.
id: Mojomancer playing ps4 version on ps5.
(have same issue on ps4)
