Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time

Everytime I boot up World of Chel I get an error message saying “Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time”. I’ve activated the latest roster, I’ve deleted, and re-download the game, I have ...

Edit: This should be resolved for you. Can you log in and confirm it's working now?

@EA_Aljo Thanks yeah i got in, but a lot of my gear is locked now including all my max level gear I just unlocked last week. Do you know what’s going on there?

  Check your bags. You should have been given some to help make up for deleting everything.

    @EA_Aljo I got those bags but it wasn’t anywhere close to unlocking everything back that I had before. I still don’t have any of the specific gear back that I’m after.

Playing on Xbox Series X. I get 'cannot retrieve inventory' error. Just started today, less than an hour ago. Please help.
