Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time

Everytime I boot up World of Chel I get an error message saying “Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time”. I’ve activated the latest roster, I’ve deleted, and re-download the game, I have ...

The Loadouts, before the error, are still missing.

But in the meantime I did some of them already again.

Are you saying the loadouts are gone, but you can create them again?

Correct. They all got deleted after the error I‘ve got a fee days ago.
Now in the meantime, as they didn‘t showed back up, I created some of them again.
