Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time

Everytime I boot up World of Chel I get an error message saying “Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time”. I’ve activated the latest roster, I’ve deleted, and re-download the game, I have turn my PlayStation off, and have reset my Internet several times. I still cannot find a solution to this problem so if somebody could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I feel like I’m able to still post and troubleshoot this problem since I don’t believe I did anything wrong.
Does anybody remember the start date for season 6 in WOC?

We are still investigating the issue with AT&T. I'm now going to lock this thread so it doesn't continue to get off topic and the original issue has been resolved.

Edit: AT&T have now resolved the issue with not being able to log in to WoC.
