Can't connect to EASHL

When are you getting this error? Also, is this NHL 23 or 24?

I get this error when I click "World of CHEL"  Menu option in NHL23.

I refused to buy NHL 24.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.

Issue seemed to resolve itself, but does occur periodically still.

Will try your tio next time.
