This issue has still not been resolved. I guess I've wasted money buying the x factor edition. And it seems to have gone quiet at ea help.
Can I have a refund or a game I can play please. Nhl 22 and other games are OK, just keep getting the error code as posted in my original post.

Try choosing a different team name. This is occurring when a name is chosen that is already in use. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
Tried that. I've tried several different team names but still getting the same error code message.
I see someone else has also submitted a report with the same issue. Hoping it maybe resolves itself with the next update. Had to go back to 22 for now.

Are you still having trouble with this? So far, everyone has been able to resolve this by using a different team name. Is that still not working for you?
