Can't redeem HUT Champs access

Are new bug topics turned off? I've tried to submit the same one 3-4 times but it doesn't post. I can't redeem my season 3 champs qualification. Gives error and kicks to main menu every time. *...

We checked your account and you don't have any HUT Champions points currently. Were you able to redeem them?

Hello I have the same problem. I also cant redeem any HUT Champs points in my inbox but cant register for HUT Champs. What can i do here?
