Character not showing up in character customization

When I customize my character in the world of chel, either skater or goalie, it loads into the clothing customization menu and I can make changes but the character never loads and keeps the loading symbol going.

    I have the same problem but it does not matter the mode. I am not online. No player is charging. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and I still have the same problem. I didn't have this before the holidays. See Attachment
