Anyone can get matched up against anyone. The game doesn't have the population to keep people matched up against their own class, especially as the year goes on.

It would be neat if the game would prompt the team doing a search to give them the option to keep looking in their skill level, or expand the search but give the warning you may be matched up with teams above your skill level.
