UPDATE: We were able to get games as long as your roster is updated and nobody readies up once you match with another team. you can update your roster by going to the main menu scrolling right and going to active rosters. If there isn't a check mark next to your most recent roster you need to click on it and update it.

It doesn't work every time because not everyone knows this fix.
