Coin Distribution?
I got a 7 day Hut ban for “coin distribution.” They locked me out of HUT for 7 days and reset my coins to zero. Also I cant use the auction house for 2 weeks. I buy/bid tradeable player cards that...

The issue I’m facing is that there is no ban that shows up in my ban history so I am unable to dispute or appeal it through the link you’ve provided. I have contacted EA help and they weren’t able to figure it out yet and say that there is no ban or sanctions that they can see on the account. Yet when I try to login to HUT I receive the ban/suspension message. Not sure how I can get a hold of the Terms and Services Team without the actual ban showing up in my ban history so I can dispute through the proper channels. I’ve had multiple advisors check to see usernames/email address that my account is linked to and they’ve verified that that I only have one email address active that is linked to an account (which is the same one that I received the banned notification). So I’m just stuck in limbo at the moment
Is there a way to get in touch with the terms and services team to dispute or appeal if the ban doesn’t show up in my ban history (I’m unable to dispute/appeal through the proper channels)? I have contacted EA help and they have not been able to figure out this technical issue or got back to me (probably by the time they do, my ban would probably be over, which one advisor just told me to wait it out, which isn’t fair play because I would not have had the chance to dispute/appeal the ban at all). Apart from the time not being able to play the game, I lose the coins I’ve accumulated due to it being reset without a formal investigation into the ban.
