Collectibles insted of coins

Question

A few weeks ago i upgraded the all star sakic card in NHL with coins. When i then wanted to get rid of him i was going to take back my coins that i upgraded him with, i dit it two times from 92-90 and insted of getting my coins back i got all star event collectibles. I wrote to the support and the support said that i should bring it up here to maybe get some kind of compensation.
