Community ManagerI don't think uninstalling and reinstalling will help, but it's worth a shot. It's odd since we get so few reports of this. That just makes it a lot harder to track down. Does it happen to make a difference if you the middle button activated for choosing a controller profile?

Yep tried to change profile, makes it worse add an 3rd controller, weird issue, going to uninstall and reinstall the game and see.
