I’ve been troubleshooting Xbox One and NHL 23 controller settings and it’s not the settings or battery.
This has been an issue since NHL 22 and instances in 21 I’ve heard of.
EA has still not patched this bug. Controller still vibrates for NHL 19 when shooting and hitting etc.
Is this going to be fixed or do we just have to deal with it? Seems like some folks with this problem in ‘22 said EA never bothered or planned on fixing this bug.
NHL 23 just came out yesterday though, so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

- @EA_Aljo Awesome, thank you very much. Tried a hard restart and resyncing controller but nothing. Glad to hear others are experiencing this problem and that EA at least knows about it.
Obviously not the end of the world, but vibration makes the game 200% better.No vibration as well, on Xbox One using Series X controller.
@thenarddog01 Tried this twice and still no vibration on Xbox One.
