I get that you guys have a lot on your plate but after experiencing this issue I looked back and you guys have had complaints about this going all the way back to the beginning of October for NHL 22! Thats over a full year to solve the issue but nothing has been done

I understand this is frustrating, but it's also one we receive a small number of reports on. Which means, there are bigger issues that need to be handled first. In the meantime, the best I can advise is to use a different controller. As far as I know, this is just an issue with the Elite Series 2.

@EA_Aljo normal controllers are not vibration too... series x... i can not stand it no longer... i have nearly all the bugs and problems shown in all the forums here. nearly all! from strategies bugs ingame and in franchise, to no vibration, to no lines showing up during faceoff, to blackscreen, to ghost controllers, to broken animations like flying players and so on... maybe the series x version is completly broken?? this can not be a release version?! feels more like an alpha or beta. i don´t get it
dont get me wrong, i like things about the game and i don´t want to hate it or EA, but this game is obviously not runnig properly.

- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo multiple people including myself have said this has been an issue on the standard Series X controller. This goes back to NHL22.

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully, we can get this resolved.
- DominickB34 years agoSeasoned Ace@EA_Aljo I’ve not had vibration with a regular series x controller in a year. If I reboot my console I can sometimes get it back but the next time I open the game it’s gone. I reported it back in 22 and just assumed it was something that was being worked on. Doing get me wrong, I would rather other gameplay related issues be resolved first. Any chance of there ever being a “known issues being worked on” kind of post so people here can know that the team is and isn’t aware of?
