Yes, thats the whole point of xbox sharing :P (I bought the digital version and it automaticly become accessible for my brother on his xbox).
Been doing this with my brother since somewhere around 2015.
I never play alone, Essentially only play friday and saturday evening/night. My brother almost always come along.
It also only happened this last friday/saturday after last week patch. Hardly ever had that xbox dashbord crash happened before.
But then, like I said it happened near a dozen of times this weekend alone.
Sadly, I can't tell if it would also be happening alone, I didnt try. So yes, as far as I know, it only happened while playing together.
