@EA_Aljo Just had another crash to dashboard, ironically after the latest update supposedly added stability improvements. I was on the away team this time. Noone else on my team is being affected.

All the update did was add missing information to some HUT items.
It's a shot in the dark, but try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens.
- @EA_Aljo No data loss, but still hasn't had any effect on the crashing other than today it just froze and my Xbox shut off (usually the app just crashes and I'm sent back to the dashboard)

That sounds possibly like an overheating issue. Is your console in a well-ventilated location with the vents free of any debris?

Also, can you tell me which modes, screens or games you entered between booting up and crashing? Do you use Quick Resume?
- @EA_Aljo I only play EASHL clubs 6v6. I don't use quick resume.
Console its well ventilated, if that were the problem I'd have thought I would have issues with other games. - @EA_Aljo So I've had it crash both as home and away team. I thought it might have something to do with who was on my team as it was only happening when one particular person was playing with us. But I've just now had it crash from the 6s club lobby as we were searching for a game (it's not done that before)

When it crashes from the lobby, is the whole game closing down and sending you back to the Xbox dashboard?
Also, we've seen issues with using custom gamerpics. If you happen to have one, switch to a default image instead.
- @EA_Aljo Yeah, back to dashboard. I've been using a default picture since the first time you suggested it, hasn't made any difference.

I'm pretty much out of ideas here. Have you tried factory resetting your Xbox?
