Community ManagerAlso, can you tell me which modes, screens or games you entered between booting up and crashing? Do you use Quick Resume?
@EA_Aljo So I've had it crash both as home and away team. I thought it might have something to do with who was on my team as it was only happening when one particular person was playing with us. But I've just now had it crash from the 6s club lobby as we were searching for a game (it's not done that before)

When it crashes from the lobby, is the whole game closing down and sending you back to the Xbox dashboard?
Also, we've seen issues with using custom gamerpics. If you happen to have one, switch to a default image instead.
- @EA_Aljo Yeah, back to dashboard. I've been using a default picture since the first time you suggested it, hasn't made any difference.

I'm pretty much out of ideas here. Have you tried factory resetting your Xbox?
