Crashing to dashboard Xbox series X

I recently moved to the series X version of nhl 23 after having no issues with the last gen version. Now I have a problem with the app crashing to dashboard mid eashl game. I've tried hard resetting ...

When it crashes from the lobby, is the whole game closing down and sending you back to the Xbox dashboard?

Also, we've seen issues with using custom gamerpics. If you happen to have one, switch to a default image instead.

@EA_Aljo Yeah, back to dashboard. I've been using a default picture since the first time you suggested it, hasn't made any difference.

    I'm pretty much out of ideas here. Have you tried factory resetting your Xbox?
