Crashing to dashboard Xbox series X

Community ManagerIt's possible your save is corrupt since this is happening after you load in to your Season Mode save. You could try clearing the personal saved data. That might help, but I'm not too optimistic. Unfortunately, when it comes to corrupt saves, usually, the only thing you can do is start over. Also, make sure you always save and quit. Don't just switch to another app or shut down your console. That can corrupt a save.
To delete the personal save data, follow these steps. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.
Thank you very much for the information. I always save and quit then normally I will shut my cole down with the controller. Very disappointed with this as I out so into the game. Again , I thank you for your help.

i wanted to ask you before i do the storage clear i do have xbox Game Pass will that save my games before i do the storage clear? Also which of the storage clear options do i hit ? It shows 'Clear local xbox 360 storage and Clear local saved games '
i was just worried i would lose all my games etc that's why i checked back with you last night . This is a nightmare trying to solve this problem on a console i have only two years .

You will not lose your games. It's possible you will lose any offline saves though. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but it's not something I will guarantee.
