@Mattdaddy517 We definitely need some new logos in the creation zone. I don't understand why not all historic logos in the game are included in create a team. Mighty Ducks logo for example, would be nice to have.
New jersey and sock styles are needed too. It's getting old having everything the same every year. Sock styles haven't been updated at all since NHL 17 I believe.
Regarding player creation a no helmet option is a must, and for goalies the option to wear a vintage mask. These two very simple things would open up a whole new world of possibilities for historic roster creation. Please EA, give us these options this year

I'm also wondered ,why all historic logos are not our use in team creation. Three new historic logo, which I wanted see in NHL 23 are :
Actually would be nice if we could use all logos what game is, when we create teams. This make possible create for example historical rosters for european teams like Frölunda HC, Tappara Tampere, Färjestad BK or HIFK Helsinki. One good idea could be also possiblity upload own logos to game like in 2K NBA games. In 2K NBA game you can upload logos to game via their website. This would bee awesome add to NHL 23, after this we could add to game for example KHL team logos or historical NHL team logos.
We really need also new jersey - and sock styles to creation zone. For example NY Rangers home jersey is missing like also Seattle Kraken jersey style is missing. Interesting why EA Sports not added Reverse retro jerseys to game when that jerseys published. Hopefully they add "reverse retro" jerseys to creation zone.
About me ,we need the following things to player creation :
- Same face creator program what EA Sports use in FIFA games.- Possibility choose colour of facemask on the following helmet models:
* College helmet
* Hybrid shield
* Standard masks (goalie mask)
Now when you choose one of these helmet types: College helmet, hybrid shield or half cage helmet for created player, helmet and facemask is same colour. Normaly facemask colour is silver, white or black . When we create player we could choose visor tint but, why we can't also choose colour for facemask. Hopefully EA Sports would has changed this in NHL 23.- Possible create players which not use helmet.- Historical player - and goalie gears to use.
- Now minum length which you can choose for created players is 170 cm. Hopefuly EA Sports fix this so that in future we could create players which minimum length is 145- 165 cm. Why I want see this in game? Reason is female players. Big part of female players are under 170 cm tall.We need possibility use female players in team creation.
Buffalo Sabers told that , goathead logo return to use in 3rd jersey next season. Hopefully EA Sports will add Buffalo Sabres goathead logo also to historical logos list and so possibile use in team creation. Also logo what Buffalo use on seasons 2006/07-2009/10 would be nice see in NHL 23 historical logos list.
- @Juhani_91_91 yes and please give us more custom arenas and let us use them in franchise mode!!
