Crowdfunding for NHL 24 on PC?
A crowdfunding campaign to bring NHL back to pc. Wouldn't that be a great idea? If the problem is the budget, why not give users the opportunity to help bring back this PC title, given the great dem...

The problem, like @EA_Aljo mentioned, is having infrastructure to support the PC side of things.
when you start having people install your game on an infinite number of different hardware/software configurations, it's incredibly more difficult to support that game versus shipping it on consoles.
The modders easily will crack the game for PC. A good chance to get better looking player faces and that all black silhouettes will have headshot images, better looking goalie masks and so on. I guess such things are the reason why they do not want to release it for PC. On consoles its nearly impossible to crack the game.

They've literally said in this thread the reason why it won't come to PC is infrastructure to support it. Nothing to do with cracking, modding or anything like that.

And after all you believe what they say ?A gaming company in 2023 isn't worried about piracy or people modifying their game. Anyone who thinks this is the major sticking point regarding a PC release is stuck in the year 2000.
