Custom Jersey Reverts Back to Generic Black NHL Jersey - WoC/EASHL

Having this issue too. Why do we pay $70 for this game?

  @lechtner03 if it got addressed that it was at least being looked into then I'd feel better. Voices dont seem to be heard on this and apparently it was a thing in 22 with people not getting answers all year. seems like it should be simple, but would like some transparency.

    Unfortunately just went to try the suggestion from EA as far as changing all visual elements in custom jerseys. Changed everything from logos, colors, jerseys, mascots, arena.. did not help. Has anyone gotten this to work for them without creating a new club?

My club has this issue too now and this has been a problem for a long time.. I get that you all believe HUT is where the money is and EASHL doesn't generate extra cash however I would bet the game wouldn't be half as successful without and likely the reasoning for most of the games sales.
