@CptCarhoonch I'm trying to be patient.. But like I have mentioned in multiple posts, this was an issue going back to at least last year where the replies on it were always "this is something we are aware of and investigating." I don't have much faith at this point. They can keep saying it is being looked into for as long as they want and we can do nothing about it.. Sadly, EASHL doesn't generate extra revenue so this issue isn't even close to the top of the list of things to address.
