Custom Jersey Reverts Back to Generic Black NHL Jersey - WoC/EASHL

What happens when the bug occurs? We cannot use any Custom Team Branding Jerseys. It reverts back to generic Black NHL logo jerseys
What do you expect to see? Our Custom Jerseys in World of Chel and EASHL games

In WoC, our club has done custom team branding and created our own jerseys and team colors. Yet as soon as we save and go back to the World of Chel menu it reverts right back to the generic black NHL jersey. When we get into EASHL games and try to switch jerseys, our customs appear very briefly and get switched right back to the generic ones. We have now switched to the Stock Team Branding for Bardown, just to have something different for now, but would really like to use the jerseys we took the time to make.

It appears as though this was a problem last year that never got fixed but is happening to my club for the first time and it is really infuriating. As a Division 1 club that has been buying the game for 10+ years, it is embarrassing that this can't even get addressed when posted about and we have to go into every game looking like we just started our club. We spent the money to only get ignored when posting about it, yet other "bugs" that have fixes are quickly replied to. Please patch this.

My club has this issue too now and this has been a problem for a long time.. I get that you all believe HUT is where the money is and EASHL doesn't generate extra cash however I would bet the game wouldn't be half as successful without and likely the reasoning for most of the games sales.

This problem started when the last update came. Still so many bugs in EASHL. Lots of problems with colors when creating your own jersey. and now it automatically changes it to NHL black jerseys. You can't tell the difference between the players when you play. time to fix this. I play on PS5

We will be lucky to see a fix since there wasn't one with the update today. If only EA knew how to make a working game. Ridiculous what we pay for it and it doesn't work every year.

This is such an unacceptable rollout! I’m beyond disappointed that we may have to start a new club to fix it, as this is the only solution I’ve come across in the multiple threads I’ve read. Shame on EA for staying mum on how many problems this game still has in its customizations for CHEL.

Same thing I've change jerseys back and it still the same black jersey with NHL logo and other team has the same jersey

Any chance this gets fixed before the NHL24 cause it is in that too. Would you like a resume I am a software engineer.

I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. I really don't know if this will be addressed for NHL 23. The only option currently is to start over with a new club. I definitely get this isn't ideal, but you should be able to customize the new club.

nothing like making a post in October on a seemingly simple fix and being told it was a known issue that would be looked into/worked upon.. Yet here we are in February with ZERO updates.. exactly as I expected would happen. This is just very discouraging, especially considering that the same issue was on the forums last year with no resolution and carries over here. you guys clearly dont care about getting this fixed or it wouldve been by now. Why cant there just be an option to entirely reset club options/customization?? I just cant help but feel if this was something in HUT there would've been a fix back in October. makes me want to be done with this series after 15+ years.
