Creating custom jerseys doesn't work gives me black nhl jerseys. 1st pic custom jersey 2nd pic black nhl jersey

This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. For now, if you can edit your team, try changing up all the visual options. It's possible a piece of gear is bugged and causing this to happen.
Has this worked for anyone or is this just a guess?

Community ManagerI've had it confirmed that it works from a couple people, but it's not something I can guarantee. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from everyone I've suggested it to.
- @EA_Aljo Has not worked for us but will keep trying. Wish we could pinpoint the issue, or just have the option to reset the customization back to original default settings.

Thanks for trying. We'll just have to wait until the investigation completes then. If I know of any other troubleshooting steps that may help, I'll relay those here.
Any updates on this? Really don’t want to have to restart our club at this point.
