Custom WoC jerseys broken

Creating custom jerseys doesn't work gives me black nhl jerseys. 1st pic custom jersey 2nd pic black nhl jersey

I've had it confirmed that it works from a couple people, but it's not something I can guarantee. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from everyone I've suggested it to.

@EA_Aljo Has not worked for us but will keep trying. Wish we could pinpoint the issue, or just have the option to reset the customization back to original default settings.

    Same... I've tried resetting almost everything including arena visuals and mascot visuals etc and nothing so far.

    Thanks for trying. We'll just have to wait until the investigation completes then. If I know of any other troubleshooting steps that may help, I'll relay those here.

      Any updates on this? Really don’t want to have to restart our club at this point.

        We don't have any updates yet. When we do, there should be an announcement on our official channels.

      We have create a new Club and have the same problem again. Before we join a match the logo and uniform was our custome stuff. Then we join the first match and all was reset to the black nhl jersey and the ducks logo. Helmet and gloves are custome. It makes no sense and is annoying.

        Thanks for testing that. I’m definitely not resetting everything and making a new club and spending an hour customizing to have this happened again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time by creating a new club. 

        We need an update on this other than “we’re looking into it”. It’s been three weeks since this game was released and something like this should have been resolved by now.

      I have changed everything 3 times.  Everything I go to DR jersey shows for a second then switches to the black generic.
