@EA_Aljo Has not worked for us but will keep trying. Wish we could pinpoint the issue, or just have the option to reset the customization back to original default settings.

Community ManagerThanks for trying. We'll just have to wait until the investigation completes then. If I know of any other troubleshooting steps that may help, I'll relay those here.
Any updates on this? Really don’t want to have to restart our club at this point.

We don't have any updates yet. When we do, there should be an announcement on our official channels.
sorry, just posted about this as well. But feeling the same way. I know it's not a top priority as it doesn't generate extra revenue.. I just am disappointed as it was a problem in NHL 21 and all year the answer was it was being investigated and then never got resolved. I'm not creating a new club at this point either.
I too had this issue. I found that it would occur when I invited a new member to the club... I figured that it was new members who were messing about... i had to go back and redo all the branding again. everything seems to be good now.

I added a new member on day two after doing the jerseys and branding day one and the jerseys defaulted to black NHL logo jerseys. I’ve been messing about with every single setting for months now to no avail. Did you do anything other than redo the customization? Remove members or anything? I even changed up our captaincy assignments and they didn’t work either.
We have create a new Club and have the same problem again. Before we join a match the logo and uniform was our custome stuff. Then we join the first match and all was reset to the black nhl jersey and the ducks logo. Helmet and gloves are custome. It makes no sense and is annoying.

Thanks for testing that. I’m definitely not resetting everything and making a new club and spending an hour customizing to have this happened again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time by creating a new club.
We need an update on this other than “we’re looking into it”. It’s been three weeks since this game was released and something like this should have been resolved by now.

I don't have any news on this yet. There are a number of issues currently being investigated. As soon as we have an update, it'll be relayed here. I know it's very frustrating so hopefully, we can get this handled soon.
I have changed everything 3 times. Everything I go to DR jersey shows for a second then switches to the black generic.
It still doesn`t work for us and it is very frustrating. no matter if we play as home or away, we always have black preset jerseys and if the oponent is a home team with black jerseys, everybody is black. How can you play like this...please fix it asap. We tried like 50 diferent jersey styles but no result :/

You can use stock branding until we get this fixed. Which should be in the upcoming patch.
