- DannytheTemp3 years agoNew Veteran@EA_Aljo So the expensive pack in the store labeled "Prospect Pack" would only include one of Jarvis/Perfetti/Guhle/Sillinger, and not any of the NHLrs like Kane/Kadri/Jones/etc?
So I just dropped 3600 nhl points on that pack for a 72 overall that can’t be upgraded? There’s no explanation of how this works.
- DannytheTemp3 years agoNew Veteran@ye8j6mtp8s0q That's what I was trying to get clarification on with my comment above. It looked that way but for some reason they don't want to tell us and it's almost like they're counting on people to get excited and spend money expecting one of the other cards like Kane/Kadri and doing the absolute bare minimum to avoid actual false advertising

Hey, everyone. I missed one of the images previously. The one I added should help explain how the Fantasy Hockey items work.
- DannytheTemp3 years agoNew Veteran@EA_Aljo So to reiterate, the expensive store pack only includes 1 of the 4 Prospect items (Jarvis/Perfetti/Guhle/Sillinger) and no one else?
What about the Sets?
The 10-collect Prospect set will only produce a choice pack of 2 of those 4 players?
The 30-collect Week 1 Player Item set will produce any of the Week 1 Fantasy cards above, does that include MSPs? - DannytheTemp3 years agoNew Veteran@EA_Aljo Hello?? Please confirm
What can you do with the 72 overall prospect? There’s no way we were duped into dropping 3,600 points for a 72 that can’t upgrade…? Please clarify! Good expensive packs always yield a high level card. That would be unethical.
- DannytheTemp3 years agoNew Veteran@ye8j6mtp8s0q The Fantasy Cards upgrade based on what the player does in Real Life. So say you got Sillinger, watch CBJ games and when he scores a real goal, that card goes up by 1
- Jddev49793 years agoRising Ace@EA_Aljo Is there another banner featuring a 87 Kesler?
- Not sure why everyone is in a frenzy about this. This is the same concept as EVERY previous year for fantasy hockey cards. There is literally a screenshot explaining how the cards upgrade throughout the season.
Also, for those complaining about EA’s response time to helping clarifying which players you can obtain from packs, please understand this: The EA reps are in no way responsible for giving insider tips to the best way you can obtain a certain player card. That is more an additional feature of the community who plays the game. If you went into a casino, you wouldnt be asking the reps there which slot is going to give you the best outcome. Its called luck of the draw my friends.
