Dispute Ban
I already have a dispute email sent But I have never harassed anyone playing this game, and this ban which has been going on for over 24 hours at least now and is a total of 3 days, is completely unwarranted and has caused me to miss league playoffs games. But I know with 1000000 percent certainty that I did not harass anyone nor break ANYYYY guidelines. I think it's extremely terrible that EA is banning accounts due to baseless claims. Especially when I know I didn't do anything and this has been implemented BEFORE I'm being aloud to give you my side. Good to know EA doesn't believe in Democracy, and it's guilty until proven innocent around here. How terrible especially when said governing body is governing a video game mostly played by minors. You guys already screw up the game on SOOOOO many ways, but to drop the ball like this on such a common sense issue is just astounding and are extremely lucky there are no other choices to play a hockey game because the community you serv.... I mean dictate, is EXTREMELY unhappy with EA. Judging by how long it takes for anything to get done at EA I'm sure I'm just waisting my time and this email wont even get touched before the bans expires, so I just wanna say thank you for banning an innocent customer who i can guarantee is one of the EXTREMLY FEW GENUINE community members that trys to unite and have fun rather then ALLLLLLL these little toxic bully children that are flooded in this game. Not to mention a paging customer who has bought every years copy and pasted version since 1995. I take that back, you did give us some hats thrown on the ice this year, that's much appreciated.... Keep up the wonderful work, we're all so greatly appreciated and proud of the work you do.

P.S. not that you'll look in to it but you really should punish the person responsible for sending a false claim. Because if I had to guess it came from an on going fued I'm having over a discord server for an NHL23 6V6 league. Where I am the one being ganged up on and harassed, not that I would ever report someone, because I'm a man and not a little boy first and formost, but even if this is where that stemmed from none of the communications where done on Xbox nor through any NHL23 gaming PERIOD. So it wouldn't have broken any of your "community guidelines". I haven't messaged any opponents nor got in any arguments with anyone that's been on my team. Which is how I know this ban is bs. Not to mention look how long my record goes back with not a SINGLE BAN! Just one more time I have to emphasize how wonderful a job y'all are doing. Round of applause guys well done... Truly well done
