Do you get preorder bonuses on both console generations if you have both?

    Hi there, @Shelemiah 

    You only get the pre-order bonuses on one console. Since you opened the packs on Xbox One, they won't be available on Series S as well.

I started the 10hr trial on my series x console. I loaded the trial and opened my preorder content and built up my team, next day I loaded the X/S version as I realized it was unlocked and had to start from scratch in hut, will I still be able to migrate my preorder content over?

Similar problem here. I pre-ordered PS4 game but meanwhile I was able to get a PS5 where I played the 10h trial with EA Play. Yesterday I started the trial and received the pre-order packs but didn't open them.

Unfortunately I don't get them in "full" game.

Is there a way to transfer these packs maybe with the help of EA support.

Any information is highly appreciated.
