Do you get preorder bonuses on both console generations if you have both?

    Hi there, @Shelemiah 

    You only get the pre-order bonuses on one console. Since you opened the packs on Xbox One, they won't be available on Series S as well.

I also made the mistake on downloading the PS4 version on my PS5 and played for like 3 days without realzing. I started my HUT on my PS5 version hoping they would be linked but they werent. Is there anyway to get my progress from the PS4 version to the PS5 version now?

Yea I've been getting a total run around, go on Twitter @EAHelp and voice your issue, I got the "suck it up princess" treatment and have now lost all my preorder content as it was all opened using the trial, Apparently Nov. 8th update should allow hut mergers but by than it won't be worth it. Another ea fumble that could have easily been rectified.
