You only get the pre-order bonuses on one console. Since you opened the packs on Xbox One, they won't be available on Series S as well.
Community ManagerThere is no way to move your content between consoles currently. We will be offering a migration from PS4/Xbox one to PS5/Xbox Series S/X in the future. We'll make an announcement when that's available. Chances are good it'll be similar to last year, but we haven't released the official details yet.
My issue is opening preorder packs on the series X using the trial and I still get screwed over as I've lost all content including chel.
Community ManagerAre you saying you received the pre-order content on Series X when you wanted it on Xbox One instead? If that's the case, we can't also give out that content on Xbox One. It will go to the console you first launched HUT on.
Nobody seems to understand......I loaded the trial on my series X, opened my preorder content played for a bit than shut down, loaded the game and had to start hut over again.
Community ManagerI checked your account. I can see your club was created on 10/10. The pre-order packs were created on 10/11. Those items are also still on your account so I'm not seeing where they went missing.
