You only get the pre-order bonuses on one console. Since you opened the packs on Xbox One, they won't be available on Series S as well.
Community ManagerI definitely get the frustration with this. I know I'd be pretty disappointed to have those items on the version of the game you're not playing. Just for future reference though, The Series X/S version says X/S on it and the Xbox One version doesn't. I'll pass on the request for these to be better defined.
That's fine and dandy but when your on the dashboard of your series X and it tells you "play the 10hr trial now" you expect it to install the series X/S trial not trick people into playing a different version that's going to take your * away, spent 60 bux in the store while playing the trial as well which if you can see my account can confirm that, I'm out that money too....

All Xbox Series X/S games directly say that on them so I'm not seeing how we tricked you in to installing the Xbox One version. Regardless, the feedback is appreciated and I'll pass it on for you.
I didn't have a choice what version of trial to install, I clicked the link and it installed. because I was on the series X your system should have detected that and installed the appropriate version.
