Nobody has posted videos that legitimately show a slower player outskating a faster one. If you find any, you're welcome to post them.
I mean, how would you even know this is the case?
It's not like your speed stat is shown floating above your sprites head... so even if it was an EFD, catching a SNP, you'd never know because there is no visual input...
But it happens. Daily.
Whether there is "valid video proof" of it, or not.
