Does getting hit by truculence prevent you from passing?

No possible way for me to provide video of this to prove I’m hitting the button before the hit occurs. I’m noticing that the game physically will not let you pass the puck if you are being lined up b...

There is an issue where sometimes after taking a big hit, as well as some other factors I haven't figured out yet, the pass button will not work with the next player who has the puck.  I will have to dump it or sauce it then pick the pass back up before passing works again.  This happens to me probably once every few games or so.  Not MAJOR but it's annoying when you're in a key game moment in rivals and your pass button fails.  It's not a controller issue either.  I've had 3 controllers have it happen with so far, out of 3 controllers that I own.

Anyone else experience this at all?
