Dropped to Dashboard

There seems to be alot of players that are being booted directly to the Xbox dashboard..could be in the dressing room or in a game

If you're dropping mid-game, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. However, that normally just drops the connection and sends you back to the main NHL 23 menu. It sounds like your whole game is crashing and sending you back to the dashboard. In that case, try swapping out all your gear. Basically, change anything you can customize and see if it still happens. It's possible there's a bugged piece of gear or something with your hair, eyes, head, etc., that is causing this.

Hi there, @PuckinNutz

We're aware of an issue with 6s games in WoC where not everyone makes it into the game. Are you also experiencing this when in the middle of a game?

@EA_Aljo Yes there have been a few occasions friends have had it drop in game...not entirely sure if it's related
