@invain053 There is a coach available that will play your strategy, but he thinks your market size is too big and he likes rebuilder teams so you cannot pay him enough to take the job.

But don't forget about the existence of hair dye - I'm actually kind of shocked we didn't get the chance to create a Dennis Rodman type player who dyes their hair neon colors, perhaps even changing from game to game.
