Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Creation Zone -> Create Team, then attempt any action. As soon as you scroll off of the ‘Create a Team’ CTA, the game crashes and reverts to the Xbox Home Screen. This was not previously an issue and seems to have been introduced with the 1.5 patch released on 1/31.
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as you scroll off the ‘Create a Team’ CTA in the Creation Zone, the loading icon in the top right begins to spin briefly, and then the game crashes out and reverts to the XBox Home menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to create a new team or edit any previously created teams as I was able to do prior to downloading the most recent game update.

Prior to the release of the 1.5 patch on 1/31/23 this was not an issue. Patch seems to have introduced a game breaking bug in the Creation Zone.
Yup this happens to me too, been an issue since November for me. Playing on PS5. I actually can't even use previously created teams in a custom league, once I substitute one or two teams the game also crashes.
@EA_Kent @EA_Aljo tagging you both to highlight this issue. Looking across the boards, it looks like many are experiencing issues with the Creation Zone. For me, issues began occurring immediately after the most recent patch was released. I've tried a number of solutions and have gone as far as uninstalling and re-installing the game, but that has not helped resolve the issue.

Quick Update on the game crash I reported when trying to edit Created Teams. I reverted to an older roster version and everything seems to be fine, I am able to Create/Edit Teams as I want. However, if I try to merge my custom roster with the newest available Online Roster (or any for that matter, I tried it with the 5 previous Online roster releases) and then attempt to edit Created Teams, the game begins to crash out to the Xbox Home page repeatedly again. So it seems the real issue introduced with the 1.5 patch as it relates to issues/bugs in the Creation Zone might actually be due to problems with the Roster Merge functionality.

This issue is unacceptable. It's made the game practically unplayable. EA needs to stop treating their customers like this and get this fixed. Really don't want to have to wait for the next patch for this be fixed. But knowing EA, that's probably what's going to happen.
