Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game and try creating or editing more than one player.
What happens when the bug occurs? Load circle just sits there and rotates.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the player preview model to show up.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Across all modes. Edit roster, player creation, franchise mode etc etc
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:00 pm every night for the last three nights.

I get this every time I try to edit or create more than one player.
And apparently EA Help Support don’t try and help much. They just tell you to trouble shoot your console even after telling them the bug didn’t start until you downloaded their latest patch. And telling them that multiple players on multiple consoles are having the same problem.
This is what you get when you contact them. Again they tell you to troubleshoot YOUR console.
