    Thread locked as we have now released an ETA on when this will be addressed. The team has targeted early March for the next update.

And apparently EA Help Support don’t try and help much. They just tell you to trouble shoot your console even after telling them the bug didn’t start until you downloaded their latest patch. And telling them that multiple players on multiple consoles are having the same problem.

This is what you get when you contact them. Again they tell you to troubleshoot YOUR console.
