Edit strategies in Franchise mode

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen me and my spouse love nhl franchise mode! But not being able to edit strategies is dumb! What makes it dumber is they just give you a random coach! If your gonna take away are ability to change strategies unless we are in game atleast let us pick are coach from a pool of coaches or something like that! Every year they limit what you can do as a GM it’s upsetting specially me a die hard hockey fan! EA sports please go back to having the realistic GM like in 20 and 22 it sets nhl games apart from all other sports games
