Which mode did this happen in? Also, is it happening with every game or was it just this one time? Thank you.

As noted on questionnaire, Play Now. This was with custom teams which I have been playing with for a while with no issue. I played an additional quick game at 3 minutes with no crash, normally play at 8. Had to leave but will play later and report back with any further crashes.
